OUR PEOPLEAlfonso Cuellar, CPA-Partner/Founder Graduated St. Mary's University, worked for Internal Revenue Service before entering public practice. Mr. Cuellar has been in public practice since 1975. † Oscar Saldana, CPA-Partner/Founder (1953-2008) Graduated Texas A&M University in College Station, TX with BA and MBA. Prior experience includes teaching at the university level as well as adminstrative experience at Laredo Community College and Texas A&M International University (Formerly Laredo State University). Mr. Saldaņa has been in public practice since 1981 and has been involved in teaching continuing professional education courses. Expertise includes the oil & gas industry, international business issues and income taxation and representation. Daniel Cuellar, CPA-Partner Graduated from the University of Texas. Mr. Cuellar has been in public accounting since 1986. Mr. Cuellar has extensive experience in auto industry financing and operations as well as construction. Vicente Morales Jr., CPA-Partner Mr. Morales is a graduate of Texas A&M International Universtiy. Mr. Morales has been with the Firm since 1996. Mr. Morales has experience in construction and international trade and transportation. Areas of expertise in international trade include transfer pricing and international tax. Israel Morales, CPA-Partner Mr. Morales is a graduate of Texas A&M International University. Mr. Morales has more than eight years of accounting experience and has expertise in commercial real estate accounting and internal operations. Raul F. Gonzalez, CPA-Partner Mr. Gonzalez graduated from the former Laredo State University, now Texas A&M International University. Mr. Gonzalez has been with the Firm since 1988. His expertise are in retail trade and food services industries. Janet Jenkins - Mrs. Jenkins has been associated with the firm since 1998. She graduated from Texas A&M International University. She is responsible for multiple international clients. Mrs. Jenkins is currently working on her certification. Mija Mota - Mrs. Mota joined CSCM & Co., in November of 2004. She is a graduate of the Business Administration department at Texas A&M Kingsville and has an MBA. She is currently working on her certification. Oscar M. Saldana III - Oscar Saldana III joined Cuellar, Saldana, Cuellar, Morales and Company in May 2007. He has a BA from Texas A&M University in College Station and was previously a bank auditor before joining the Firm. Melisa Madrigal - Ms. Madrigal joined the firm in 2009. She has a BBA in Accounting from Texas A&M International University and she is currently working on her MBA. Genevieve Canedo - Executive Secretary Jenny has been with the Firm since 1979. She is responsible for office administration and client relations. Katy Saldaņa - Executive Secretary Katy joined the Firm in 1998. Katy manages tax files and extensions as well as responsiblity for Trust clients in both operations and accounting.
